Highly recommend this place! Specifically recommend Dr. Steven if you are suffering with acne. I had acne and tried everything and even went to a different derm in Roseville and was pushed by the way side to “just use this cream” that I had already been using. I came to placer with low expectations and Dr. Steven blew me out of the water. He is so personable, knowledgeable, helpful and kind! Any time I had a problem with getting my prescription, to no fault of Placer Derm, they were always willing to help in any way. I was on acutane for about 8 months and it was the best decision for me. I am forever grateful to Dr. Steven for helping me to be more comfortable in my own skin. I was reassured that if I ever need to come back because of my skin to just call and he’ll see me. Super glad that I continued the hunt for the perfect dermatologist!! I would also like to add that they take tricare for military and dependents.
